Top to Bottom Deluxe Cleaning (Deep Cleaning)

Ideal for homes that haven’t been cleaned in months or haven’t had a professional cleaning in a while. This service includes all aspects of general cleaning.

Move-In/Out Cleaning

Our move-in/out cleaning is an extremely thorough top-to-bottom service designed to prepare a home for a new tenant. It includes deep cleaning of glass and mirrors, removing spots from surfaces, scrubbing and hand washing baseboards, cleaning window sills, cleaning inside cabinets, and scrubbing down showers and toilets using high-quality professional-grade products.

IMPORTANT: Move-in/out cleaning can only be performed in completely empty homes with electricity, water, and no food or furniture left.

Our office hours are 9:00 am-5:00 pm
Cleaning hours are Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 am & 6:00 pm

We generally avoid providing exact time frames for our cleanings. However, based on years of experience, we estimate 1 to 1.5 hours per bedroom, 1 to 1.5 hours per full bath, and 30 minutes for a half bath. These are average times and may vary depending on the actual condition of your home. In special cases, such as large homes, we may adjust the estimate to ensure fairness.

Deep cleanings require more time than recurring services because they include additional tasks.

Please keep in mind that since we provide quotes without seeing the property, your specific project may take more or less time depending on the actual amount of work needed.

There are no contracts ever, you can cancel whenever you want.

As we continue to grow, we’ve noticed an increase in last-minute skipping and rescheduling, which affects our cleaning technicians. To maintain a reputable team, we must provide our cleaners with consistent daily schedules to prevent loss of wages.

Flexible Scheduling

We operate on a flexible schedule to accommodate your needs. Please note that we do our best to provide exact time estimates, but sometimes circumstances beyond our control, such as construction, weather conditions, and transit time, may cause delays.

Rescheduling or Skipping a Service

If you need to reschedule or skip a service, please provide at least 48 business hours’ notice (excluding weekends). This policy is in place to prevent lost wages for our cleaners. If a cleaning appointment is skipped with less than 48 business hours’ notice, a 50% rate of service will be charged based on the rate of your scheduled service.

Skipping Includes:

  • Unable to gain access to enter home
  • No running water
  • No electricity
  • No working A/C

Notice for Recurring Clients:

Skipping weekly, bi-weekly, tri-weekly, or monthly services will incur an additional fee added to the following cleaning service:

  • Weekly: $15.00
  • Bi-weekly: $25.00
  • Monthly: $50.00

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we’re prepared to handle situations in the best way possible. By having policies and processes in place, we can ensure that our cleaners are treated fairly and that our clients receive the best possible service.

Our instant pricing is based on years of experience, but please note that the final price may be adjusted based on the actual condition of your home.

For health and safety reasons, we are unable to clean the following:

  • Mold: Due to OSHA regulations and potential health risks, mold removal requires specialized training and equipment. We recommend hiring a certified mold remediation professional for these services.
  • Hoarding homes or areas with excessive clutter
  • Areas contaminated with animal or human body fluids, including:

 

    • Blood
    • Feces
    • Vomit

    • Cat litter boxes

We prioritize the well-being of our clients and staff, and cannot take on cleaning tasks that pose a risk to health and safety.

For the safety and well-being of our employees, we have the following guidelines:

  • Our cleaning technicians only use 2-step ladders to access high areas. This ensures their stability and security while working.
  • We do not move objects or furniture weighing more than 35 pounds to prevent injury and maintain a safe working environment.

If you would like us to clean behind heavy objects or in hard-to-reach areas, please arrange to move these items prior to our arrival. This will enable us to provide a more thorough and effective cleaning service.

At West Hartford Cleaning Services, we’re committed to delivering 100% satisfaction with every cleaning service. We’ve built our reputation on providing exceptional quality and attention to detail, but we also understand that mistakes can happen.

If for any reason you’re not completely delighted with our cleaning, we’ll re-service the area within 24 hours of notification at no additional cost. Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction and earn your trust as a valued client.
