How does Commercial Cleaning service work?

In general, you can expect your commercial cleaning service to include:

Bathrooms: All hard surfaces hand wiped/disinfected, sinks cleaned, mirrors cleaned, cobwebs removed, floors mopped, toilets cleaned, trash removed. **Papertowel and toilet paper can be refilled so long as you provide the paper products and instructions on where to find refills as well as how to open/use dispensers.

Kitchens/Kitchenettes: All hard surfaces hand wiped/disinfected, sinks cleaned, microwaves cleaned, cobwebs removed, floors mopped, trash removed. **Papertowel can be refilled so long as you provide the paper products and instructions on where to find refills as well as how to open/use dispensers. ***In general, dishes will be taken care of if the quantity is light. Excessive dirty dishes may require an upcharge based on time required – handled on a case-by-case basis. Option to include refrigerator clean outs on rotation.

Common Areas (lobbies, front desk, front of the house, cubicle areas, individual offices, conference rooms, etc.): Easily accessible hard surfaces feather dusted and any spots/spills wiped up, furniture feather dusted where applicable, floors cleaned (debris vacuumed or swept, hard floors mopped), trash removed.

Special Requests on Rotation: Things like glass walls/doors cleaned on rotation, deeper cleaning of individual offices, etc. To be discussed during your complimentary on-site evaluation.
