At West Hartford Cleaning Services, we’re committed to delivering quality and consistent cleanings to bring harmony into your home. As we continue to grow, we’ve noticed an increase in last-minute skipping and rescheduling, which affects our cleaning technicians. To maintain a reputable team, we must provide our cleaners with consistent daily schedules to prevent loss of wages.
Flexible Scheduling
We operate on a flexible schedule to accommodate your needs. Please note that we do our best to provide exact time estimates, but sometimes circumstances beyond our control, such as construction, weather conditions, and transit time, may cause delays.
Rescheduling or Skipping a Service
If you need to reschedule or skip a service, please provide at least 48 business hours’ notice (excluding weekends). This policy is in place to prevent lost wages for our cleaners. If a cleaning appointment is skipped with less than 48 business hours’ notice, a 50% rate of service will be charged based on the rate of your scheduled service.
Skipping Includes:
- Unable to gain access to enter home
- No running water
- No electricity
- No working A/C
Notice for Recurring Clients:
Skipping weekly, bi-weekly, tri-weekly, or monthly services will incur an additional fee added to the following cleaning service:
- Weekly: $15.00
- Bi-weekly: $25.00
- Monthly: $50.00
