Please note that in order to avoid an upcharge for our move-in/move-out cleaning service, the house must be empty. If there is furniture inside, we will discuss a custom charge with you. This service covers all the details necessary to bring a house to its cleanest possible condition.

Our move-in/move-out service includes the following:

Bathrooms: Tile walls, bathtubs and showers cleaned, Grout scrubbed, Shower doors cleaned, Shower door given extra attention, Vanity and sink cleaned, Mirrors and chrome fixtures cleaned and – shined, Tile floors cleaned and sanitized & rug(s) vacuumed, Toilets thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, Window sills, ledges, and blinds dusted and hand wiped where necessary, Cobwebs removed, General dusting, Doors and door frames hand wiped, Inside/outside surfaces and any shelving of any cabinetry and closet hand wiped, Baseboards hand wiped, Floors given extra attention, Faucets, sinks, and drains given extra attention, Dust and wipe any vent covers., Clean inside and outside of any accessible and easily removable light fixture covers (no full-size ladder or tools required).

Sleeping Areas: Flat surfaces dusted and/or hand wiped, Cobwebs removed, Ceiling fans feather dusted and/or hand wiped, Lampshades dusted, Empty closet floors vacuumed, Stairs vacuumed, Floors given extra attention; All floors vacuumed; wood and tile floors damp mopped, Stairs vacuumed, Doors and door frames hand wiped, Window sills, jams, and ledges hand wiped, Window blinds dusted and hand wiped where necessary., Clean inside and outside of any accessible and easily removable
